VTOC Costs and Considerations
For disclosure of our price transparency, as a 2015 certified modular EHR, the VTOC software-as-a-service platform requires our customers to engage in an agreement with monthly or annual costs to support the cloud-based VTOC application and online patient portal services, which include, but are not limited to: Form Completion, Secure Two-Way Messaging, File Manager, Patient Education and Patient Calendar.
The certified features of our Certificate No. 15.04.04.2513.Visi.05.00.1.190326 are offered in a VTOC ‘MACRA / MIPS Module’, which is included in the pricing of the VTOC 360 Enterprise or VTOC 360 Organizational products. The VTOC ‘MACRA / MIPS Module’ may also be added on to VTOC 180 or VTOC 270 Modular products for an additional annual module subscription fee, as well as a one-time set-up fee for this module.
If a customer chooses to interface the VTOC product with a certified EHR, there is a one-time set-up fee for this interface, which would be either HL7 SIU or Web service.
VTOC enables providers to export out single patient and multiple patient EHI data at any time without support assistance. Export formats include CSV files containing all patient data elements, as well as C-CDAs. All files can be accessed through the standard applications associated with these document file types.
Only internet access is required for use of the VTOC platform. There are no other considerations.
Please see visit the ONC CHPL’s website for additional details on VTOC’s certification at 2015 EHR Certification.
